3. Orders
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Orders placed before 12pm are typically processed for the earliest delivery date available.
- Once an order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock issues, payment errors, or incorrect details).
4. Prices & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout system.

5. Delivery
- We deliver throughout the UK using trusted courier partners.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, weather, or courier delays.
- Orders placed before 12pm are eligible for the soonest delivery date available.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to your specified address.
6. Freshness & Quality
We take great care to supply the freshest flowers possible.
Due to the nature of fresh produce:
- Variations in colour, size, and stem length may occur.
- Flowers are perishable and should be stored and handled properly upon receipt.
- Please check your order immediately upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because flowers are perishable, we can only offer refunds or replacements in specific circumstances:
- If the flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery (with photos if possible).
- We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
- We cannot accept returns for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items once shipped.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once flowers have been prepared or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
